Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Strategy Director to support our organization in realizing value from its investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing global and local standards for program funding, initiation, execution, and closure in alignment with best-in-class practices.
  • Communicating portfolio mobilization and delivery performance to stakeholders using standardized tools and templates.
  • Building and maintaining a portfolio-wide roadmap with key milestones and critical dependencies, leveraging toolsets for transparency and alignment.
  • Managing Monthly Portfolio Walls, ExCo Obeya, and QBR cycles to support continuous planning and delivery, in collaboration with teams.
  • Partnering with teams to continuously improve portfolio management practices, while monitoring and reporting cross-portfolio risks and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a Transformation / Program Management Office.
  • 5+ years Project Management experience, Finance or Tech background preferred.
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
  • Proven practitioner experiences working with Agile & Lean practices and change management.
  • Experience in leading and building teams.
  • Business, Accounting, related degree or equivalent.
