Marketing Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Student to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the brand with professionalism, engaging positively with consumers, and promoting brand personality traits and values.
  • Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through sampling and brand activation among students.
  • Building relationships with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility on and around campus.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage assets to stay top of mind with consumers.

In this role, you will deliver executional excellence, share ideas, and provide local insights and trends to the wider team. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You must be currently enrolled at the University of Melbourne with at least 18 months remaining in your degree. A valid full driver's license and proficiency in English are also required.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Representing the brand with professionalism and engaging positively with consumers and customers, promoting brand personality traits and values.
  2. Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through sampling and brand activation among students.
  3. Building relationships with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility on and around campus.
  4. Collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage assets to stay top of mind with consumers.
  5. Delivering executional excellence with attention to detail, sharing ideas, and providing local insights and trends to the wider Red Bull team.

As a Marketing Student, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider Red Bull team, including sales, marketing, and events teams. You will be responsible for gathering consumer perceptions of the brand and sharing insights to support future initiatives.
