Job Overview

This role involves representing the brand as a product ambassador on and off campus, driving positive product trial and awareness among consumers.

  • Key responsibilities include working at RedBull events to create an unforgettable consumer experience, acting as the eyes and ears of the organization, gathering consumer perceptions and sharing insights with the broader business.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our user base by encouraging positive trial and awareness of the brand, building relationships with local sales account managers to ensure the brand is available on campus, collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points, sharing ideas and collaborating with the team both face-to-face and online, and planning activities effectively and reporting in a timely manner.

  • Additional responsibilities include living and embodying the brand personality traits and company values, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, managing part-time work and studies, possessing a valid full driver's license, and being proficient in written and verbal English.

Skill Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will also possess a passion for the brand and product, be highly approachable and enjoy meeting new people, and have a desire to learn and develop skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
