**Job Description**

As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for driving positive product trial and awareness among students. Your role will involve approaching consumers to introduce them to Red Bull products, helping establish consumption in different moments of need, and supporting our sales teams through sales drives and merchandising activities.

You will work at various events to deliver an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground to gather insights about consumer perceptions of our brand and product. These insights will be shared with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Live and embody the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium manner through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
  • Consumer Engagement: Grow our user base by encouraging positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling and bringing the brand to life among students.
  • Sales Support: Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus, collaborate closely with sales teams to open new distribution points, and leverage Red Bull assets to stay top of mind with consumers.
  • Executional Excellence: Pay attention to details to deliver executional excellence, plan activities effectively, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.
  • Team Player: Highly approachable, enjoy meeting new people & building relationships, share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online.
**Requirements**
  • Availability: Ability to manage part-time work & studies with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid full driver's license required.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English.
