As a skilled Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support and technical guidance to customers. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a talented team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide expert technical advice to ensure seamless integration of products and services.
  • Design and implement technically competitive solutions that engage with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with engineers to design and deploy proof-of-concepts for new and existing customers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations that showcase the value of our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical presales or post-sales implementation and support in telecommunications.
  • Strong knowledge of communications products and ability to document customer requirements.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SD-WAN, UCaaS, Wireless, Networking, VoIP, and Security.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
