**Property Maintenance Assistant Wanted**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Property Maintenance team as a part-time Lock Up Cleaner. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the lock up of school facilities for evenings, events, and contractors.
The role involves cleaning and general tasks under the direction of the Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic, be able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team, value safety, and hold a current Working With Children Check.
Apart from regular duties, the successful applicant will assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for students, staff, and visitors. This includes ensuring all facilities are secure and tidy at the end of each day.
The successful applicant will also be required to:
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting any maintenance issues
- Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and other team members
