Facility Security Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Facility Security Manager to oversee the security of our data centers. This role requires a strong background in physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive program security guidance to personnel, physical, operational, technical, industrial, counterintelligence, and media management. They will also create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at large government-accredited sites.
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, negotiation, analytics, and influence skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing 24x7 security operations and coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Expertise in physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.
- Demonstrated track record of growth and increasing responsibility that require maturity, judgment, negotiation, analytics, and influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively employ a third-party guard force in a dynamic operating environment.
