We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in critical care to join our team as a Clinical Education Coordinator. This key leadership position will require the successful candidate to work across two hospitals, coordinating and facilitating multidisciplinary education programs aligned with Australian guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality improvement activities and educational strategies related to resuscitation and critical care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver education programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to staff members to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Registered Nurse Division One with AHPRA registration.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in critical care.
- Current Advanced Life Support Adult and Paediatric certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
