Our client is a highly regarded, multi award winning skincare clinic, specialising in the delivery of tailor-made dermal therapy solutions. Supported by a hardworking and dedicated team, the clinic, which is located in Toorak, is a modern and warm space that is beautifully appointed - a space where one would be so lucky to work. The culture is supportive, collaborative, respectful and FUN... and they're looking for an experience & dedicate Clinic Coordinator to join their team.

The Opportunity

Working out of the Toorak clinic, as Clinic Coordinator you will report directly into the Clinic Operations Manager. You will be championed with the task of assisting and supporting the front-end operations of the business, this role will require you to;
- Constantly uphold and demonstrate fundamental knowledge in relation to products, categories, floor behaviours/culture, sales and service.
- Upholding and enhancing an environment where the Dermal Therapists are able to perform at their best and have everything they need to execute their duties.

You're reliable, passionate and possess a "can-do" attitude coupled with an eye for detail. You have an incredible work ethic and you're an organiser. You have the ability to communicate effectively with all team members, clients and stakeholders across the entire business... in a professional, yet fun manner.
