Clinical Coordinator for Central Australian Aboriginal Health Services

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team at the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress in Alice Springs, NT.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to provide leadership and coordination of clinical services at our Gap Clinic. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring other clinical staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to clinical staff within own scope of practice
- Coordinate clinical flow at the Gap Clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant qualification in Nursing, Midwifery, or Allied Health Profession
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- Base salary: $115,459 – $123,981 per annum
- Total effective package: $140,205 - $151,519 per annum* (includes base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options)
