Field Service Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Field Service Technician in our team.

As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair air compressors. You will fit and assemble machinery parts, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on solutions for repairs and modifications of air compressors and related equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Measurable mechanical or fitter experience with relevant trade qualifications/background, compressed Air experience is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills with a customer service focus and the ability to build relationships.
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to learn.
  • A Valid driver's licence as the role requires daily travel to customer sites.
  • The ability to attend service calls and be available for "on-call" work as required.
