**Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor**:
**AT FORD & DOONAN KARDINYA**:
Ford & Doonan are looking for a fully qualified air conditioning and refrigeration technician with a passion for excellence who is keen to get off the tools and work in a supervisory role.

You will need to exhibit relevant industry experience with a background that relates to this role. The role will be split between office and site-based.

This role includes but is not limited to supervising A/C installations within:

- Single and two-story domestic, both existing premises and during construction.
- Light commercial construction and properties undergoing upgrades and refurbishments.

**The Role**:

- Work with builders and builder's representatives
- Ensure mechanical services are installed to the required standards.
- Conduct minor fault finding
- Resolve installation related issues.
- Supervise multiple projects at differing stages of completion.
- Provide leadership to direct employed and sub contact labour.
- Maintain OSH requirements relevant to the building industry
- Provide OSH leadership

Your skillset should include a good understanding of:

- All standard types of A/C systems - ducted, wall splits and cassettes.
- OSH requirements relevant to the building industry
- OSH leadership.
- Air movement grille selection and duct design, would be an advantage.
