Job Overview
  • This position involves working closely with senior practitioners to provide comprehensive legal services to private, commercial, and government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time support to principal lawyers in delivering a range of services across business sales, acquisitions, corporate advice, commercial transactions, disputes, property, leasing, and estate disputes.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced practitioners to ensure continued growth and learning in these areas of law.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of legal experience practicing in a wide range of matters, including conveyancing, leasing, property transactions, commercial law, wills, and estates.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, competency in drafting, enthusiasm to develop a broad range of legal skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to build a practice and pursue a long-term career.
  • Outstanding communication skills to build and maintain client relationships, time management to manage workload, ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment, and a willingness to develop business networks in the local community.
