Job Description

As a Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations.

Working in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will build, lead and drive your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Management Team in all areas of the business.
  2. Leading by example to set management expectations across your team and manage performance.
  3. Working with Management Team to ensure that KPIs are met.
  4. Ensuring that your department is presentable and replenished at all times.
  5. Assisting customers with product queries.
  6. Upkeeping product knowledge.
  7. Problem solving and ability to provide solutions.
  8. Working with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that creative visions are applied within the store.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Similar Management experience working with Sports Fashion brands.
  • Passion for creating an amazing service experience and culture for customers.
  • Strong knowledge of sports fashion brands.
  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to execute daily priorities in a timely manner.
  • Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
