Finance Business Development Lead

The role of a Financial Advisor involves providing trusted guidance to division or staff functions, offering in-depth financial insights on market conditions and alternative business scenarios to drive decision-making and performance.
Key responsibilities include developing annual plans, associated budgets, and forecasts for a division/staff function, supported by an FP&A analyst pool. The advisor will also own monthly management reporting and analysis processes for a division/staff function, proactively delivering transparent and frequent financial updates and actionable insights.
- Develop strategic partnerships with functional and regional leadership to deliver expert consultation and guidance.
- Drive the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across a division/staff function.
- Collaborate with Sr Finance Business Partners and FP&A Head to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis and insights.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is required, along with 10 years of finance experience at an insurance company; strategy and/or consulting role. Strong strategic and execution capabilities, sound judgment, and decisiveness are essential.
