About us
We are a leading employment services provider working with Australians living with disability, injury, health condition or those who require additional support. Our mission is to empower our clients, supporting them to build better working lives.
To achieve this, we work with individuals to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into sustainable employment. We also collaborate with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
We believe in a person-first approach, tailoring our support and solutions to the individual's unique needs and circumstances. This enables us to make a real difference in a client's life through meaningful employment opportunities.
A day in the role may include:
- Encouraging and motivating clients through tailored activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment, resulting in positive outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is accurately recorded, documented and compliant with relevant requirements; and
- Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles or related fields;
- Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
- Confident in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Skilled in working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving placements that result in lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- A genuine desire to be part of our organization, sharing our purpose: to connect people and business, enabling both to thrive; and
- Possess a current driver's licence.
