We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Automotive Parts Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
  • Utilize manufacturer Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) to determine required parts
  • Locate and source parts through online manufacturer portals
  • Produce quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
  • Process customer orders and/or quotes through the Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Assist with stock checking and order processing

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
