Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently sourcing and supplying parts to valued customers, generating sales invoices and vendor purchase orders, and establishing business relationships through exceptional customer service experiences.

About This Role
  • You will market, source, sell, and supply parts to valued customers by promptly responding to front counter and phone enquiries.
  • Efficiently generate parts sales invoices and vendor purchase orders.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers through exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Assist with parts warehousing administration, including stocktake activities.
  • Support the Parts Manager in reconciling daily cash sales.
About You
  • Possess a solid technical/mechanical understanding and extensive automotive parts knowledge.
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Be experienced in operating a forklift safely and hold a valid NSW Forklift Licence (FL).
  • Previous work experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in retail/dealership environments.
  • Be a clear communicator, both written and verbal, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Understand the parts inventory process.
  • Be a team player with a flexible approach to work commitments, including breakdown cover, Saturday, and alternative shifts.
  • Possess a sense of structure with proven time management and organisation skills.
