Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a senior legal professional to advise on and navigate competition and regulatory landscapes.

About the Role

This role will focus on providing expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws, influencing strategic decision-making, and supporting the business with regulators and stakeholders.

You will report directly to the General Counsel, offering high visibility and impact. You will partner with senior executives, shape strategic initiatives, and provide clear legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on competition law, consumer law, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, interpret, and advise on legislative and regulatory developments.
  • Advise on regulatory engagement strategies, including dealings with authorities.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support product development, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
  • Translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for non-legal teams.
About You

You are a confident, commercially-minded legal advisor with a strong background in competition and regulatory law. You think strategically, communicate clearly, and influence decisively.

  • Significant post-admission experience from a top-tier law firm or senior in-house role.
  • Proven expertise in competition law and broader regulatory compliance.
  • Experience advising in complex, highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
