Regulatory Lawyer Opportunity

The role involves providing high-level legal advice on financial markets regulation and contributing to the development of policy and regulatory outcomes that enhance market integrity and consumer protection.

Your Expertise

You have tertiary qualifications in law and relevant work experience in financial services law, regulatory environments, government policy, or commercial law. Your expertise includes an understanding of the Market Integrity Rules, Corporations Act, and the obligations imposed on Australian Financial Services Licensees and Australian Market Licensees.

Australian Regulatory Environment

Australia's complex regulatory environment requires a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing financial markets. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to drive business outcomes.

About You

An Australian citizen with tertiary qualifications in law and relevant work experience in financial services law, regulatory environments, government policy, or commercial law. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in complex regulatory environments.
