Customer Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in the Adelaide concrete market. This is an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career and work with a company that supports and celebrates its employees.

As the Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in achieving sales of orders delivered in full, on time across the Adelaide metropolitan area while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a fixed term, full-time position working on a rotation between 6am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and a half day every second Saturday.

  • Deliver high-level customer service over the phone
  • Answer excess of 100 customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer orders & quotes
  • Assist the allocation team to achieve OTIF deliveries
  • Maintain safety, health and environmental standards

  • A high level of focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
