  • Support students in accessing and completing their placements, ensuring a positive experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the tertiary education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment, contributing to student experience initiatives.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality student experience, with a focus on accurate and timely advice.
  • Capacity to build and maintain relationships with external industry partners.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with adaptability to new computer systems/programs.
