We are seeking a seasoned placement professional to join our team in a key market segment. This exceptional opportunity involves leveraging a strong global brand to drive growth and deliver high-quality risk transfer solutions for our large clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic placement plans, negotiating with insurers, and providing technical advice and direction to our clients. They will also contribute to the design and implementation of market engagement strategies and provide input on improving policy structures and wordings.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of property insurance products and policy wordings, as well as outstanding negotiation and communication skills. Relevant industry qualifications, management and strategic leadership skills, and a strong personality that can thrive in an ever-changing environment are essential.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to advise on placement strategy and collaborate with colleagues to create and share insights from data analytics platforms. Additionally, you will support client management teams in retention efforts and assist the bid management team in responding to requests for proposals.
