
Operational Performance Specialist

Manage the operational performance of multiple sites under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing audit schedules, performing internal audits, identifying non-compliances, and tracking KPIs to meet operational objectives.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and contractual requirements. Maintain communication and relationships with stakeholders, and provide guidance on compliance and operational procedures.
Prepare reports on audit findings and operational performance for senior management.
Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with teams to implement best practices.
Job DescriptionDevelop and implement an audit schedule to ensure regular and systematic internal audits.
Perform detailed internal audits to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
