Technical Lead and Solution Designer for Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead and Solution Designer to support our enterprise-scale projects on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex transformation initiatives, applying deep expertise in design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery workshops, providing technical feasibility insights, solution options, and thought leadership.
  • Develop solution designs across Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead the configuration, customisation, and development of high-quality deliverables, including plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
  • Oversee validation across testing phases, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
  • Provide technical guidance through implementation, transition, and warranty phases.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, with the ability to move seamlessly between hands-on development and solution design.
  • The capacity to thrive in collaborative environments, engaging confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability, with experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and present with clarity.
  • Motivation to contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Proven delivery experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder engagement capability.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
