Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead the design, development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for an education services client in Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on project requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables, including configurations and customizations, and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities.
  • Create plugins, workflows and integrate Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Lead the activities for developing Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
  • Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team members.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • At least 8 years of experience as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform.
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
