About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing properties within the Company's assigned portfolio, with a focus on maximising rental and occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing new tenancies and identifying market segments and prospects
  • Managing lease renewals with existing clients and liaising with property agents
  • Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy costs
  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills

Added Advantage:

  • Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination
  • Candidates with relevant experience in the same industry
