We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at WorkFocus Australia. As an integral member of our workforce, you will be working closely with clients and stakeholders to empower them to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
About the Role:
- You will work in the community, from home, and the office, setting your own schedule due to our flexible working arrangements.
- Your role will involve undertaking occupational therapy assessments, developing effective rehabilitation plans, and implementing intervention programs that improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- You will also identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
- In addition, you will understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes, empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
- Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this role.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
