Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales:
- Identify potential leads and engage with prospective members.
- Conduct facility tours, highlighting the benefits and services available.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives established by management.
- Customer Engagement:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both current and prospective members.
- Address member inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Marketing Initiatives:
- Engage in community events and outreach efforts to promote Anytime Fitness.
- Execute local marketing strategies to attract new memberships.
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee member accounts, including new registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with gym management and training staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
