Charter Care Services, a premier NDIS service provider, seeks an exceptional Service Delivery Manager. We prioritize building long-term relationships with participants and their families to deliver high-quality support in their own homes and communities.
Our multidisciplinary teams provide round-the-clock support services including clinical and personal care, at-home support, community participation, and innovative activities for individuals with spinal injuries, high-intensity support needs, and other disabilities.
We are seeking a seasoned leader to shape this role and contribute to our ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience and skills in:
- Client Service: Providing personalized service that meets client needs and expectations.
- Team Management: Building high-performing teams with diverse skills and expertise.
- Operations: Identifying process improvements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Australian disability (NDIS) sector, combined with hands-on experience.
- Business Development: Driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the NDIS sector.
- Proven track record of implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans.
- Current Blue and Yellow cards.
- National Police Check (within six months).
- Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
