The Job…
You will be working in a hands-on role developing new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of key accounts within the commercial building sector.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop target lists and qualifying leads and new business opportunities.
- Maintaining and developing existing accounts to reach new levels of engagement with our clients.
- Supporting the inventory management processes.
- Using trade product knowledge and industry expertise to enhance the product and service to existing clients.
- Identify and qualify potential growth areas for the business over time e.g. range, product, service.
- Ensuring customers are provided with product support and maintenance information to maximise awareness of obligations and minimise claims.
- Developing a detailed knowledge of the entire product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade product range) including product specifications, dimensions, variations, and applications.
