Area Manager Job Description

We are seeking result-driven professionals to lead our expanding network across the city and region.

  1. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, leadership, and customer service. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Upholding our company's mission, values, and vision to serve clients;
  • Building, developing, and leading a team of real estate professionals;
  • Developing business plans, running meetings, and setting performance indicators;
  • Performing, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators;
  • Prospecting, appraising, listing, and selling property;
  • Planning, budgeting, and executing market-centric campaigns;
  • Managing customer databases;
  • Participating in scheduled management, network, and extraordinary meetings;
  • Assisting with the sales campaign process from start to finish.

About You

The ideal candidate must possess:

  5. Tenacious and hungry attitude to succeed;
  6. Sound knowledge of the Industry's acts, legislations, and compliances.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold the following qualifications:

  1. Agent Representative Certificate;
  2. Certificate IV in Property Services (highly preferred);
  3. Estate Agent License (highly preferred);
  4. Current Police Check Record; and
  5. Driving License and a reliable vehicle.
