Job Title: Specialised Carer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide support to clients with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
  • Provide transportation assistance and respite care to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care plans and progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of clients
Requirements:
  • A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion (highly regarded)
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disability
  • Availability for day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, and weekends
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
