Build Reliability Engineer Role

As a Build Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a team developing global manufacturing procedures to maximize quality through efficient production.

You will employ rigorous methods in fabrication techniques, process design, inspection protocols, data collection/visualization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end manufacturing processes from scratch, ensuring consistency across different work centers.
  • Design and implement tooling for mechanical/avionics/propulsion testing, build fixturing, lifting & rigging, and fluids.
  • Define and document inspection requirements and procedures.
  • Create training programs for production and inspection processes.
  • Author planning documents, test plans, and training materials to execute processes and collect data.
