Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and development of manufacturing processes for cutting-edge space technology. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes that meet high-performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, or 6+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
