Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team of educators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing individualized attention and support.

You will be responsible for teaching students using our proprietary methodology, which focuses on literacy and numeracy skills. Our software allows you to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons with ease, saving you time and effort.

Your main duties will include:

  • Teaching students in a small group setting

  • Using our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct lessons
  • Keeping accurate records of student progress and goals
  • Providing feedback to parents

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A friendly, professional, and personable manner
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrate a positive and vibrant personality
  • Confidence using software and computers
  • Genuine love for learning and teaching
  • Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
