Cloud Architect Leader

As a cloud architect leader, you will inspire and guide a team of skilled engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Cloud Platform team.
  • Cultivate an inclusive team culture, championing continuous improvement and modern engineering practices.
  • Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.
  • Partner with business units to provide strategic direction for cloud evolution, migration, and modernisation.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience, or at least 2 years in a Team Leader role within a similar environment.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience with technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining composure under pressure.
