Come join CE&S and help us build a future where customers achieve their business outcomes faster with technology that does more.We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Sr Cloud and AI Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Azure Data, Analytics & AI technologies to accelerate our customers' transformation on Microsoft Azure.
This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, and operational health engagements.
You will help our customers architect and deploy first class cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure and to be AI Ready by applying scalable best practices in the cloud leveraging principles from the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
Azure is the most comprehensive, innovative, and flexible cloud platform today providing you with the technical platform and opportunity to work with Australia's largest and most important public sector and commerical companies to drive customer cloud adoption for AI innovation and influence transformational customer change.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Business ImpactDeliver value-based solutions aligned with Microsoft methodologies to support customer operational readiness and business goals.Guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled, and optimised architectures to drive retention and expansion.Collaborate with account teams to build consumption plans and provide feedback to improve delivery offerings.Identify cross-solution opportunities and consult strategically to align technical solutions with customer outcomes.Customer Engagement & ExperienceTranslate customer challenges into industry-aligned solutions that demonstrate ROI.Build trusted relationships with technical and business decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders.Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to influence product development and improve customer experience.Lead resolution strategies for customer dissatisfaction and drive transformation acceleration.Partner CollaborationIdentify strategic partner opportunities and support technical pre-sales efforts.Lead initiatives to develop scalable partner offerings and influence adoption of new technologies.Maintain visibility in solution-specific communities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to share field insights.Technical LeadershipIdentify gaps and drive improvements in products, processes, and methodologies.Provide thought leadership and contribute to scalable IP and frameworks.Mentor peers and lead upskilling initiatives aligned with solution area and corporate priorities.Represent Microsoft in internal and external technical forums, contributing to community engagement and brand elevation.
