Seeking a permanent part-time Medical Receptionist to join our Specialist Practice on the Central Coast.
The ideal candidate will support our team of Ophthalmologists and clinical staff, providing high-quality customer service and administration to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, answer telephone calls, and book patient appointments
- Manage confidential patient records
- Patient billing and online claiming
- Back office duties such as recalls and appointment follow-up
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: As a Medical receptionist, preferably with experience working in a busy environment
Skillset: Exceptional customer service skills, data entry skills, communication skills, proven multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills
Desirable: Experience using Shexie or other practice management software, ability to quickly learn and ask questions to further your skills and knowledge
