Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in the kitchen. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific station and ensuring high-quality food preparation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent experience in à la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
  • Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
