Doctoral Researcher in Advanced Health Economics

In this rigorous 4.5-year program, you will acquire the skills and knowledge to excel in health economics through advanced coursework, research training, and a minor thesis packaged into a Master of Commerce degree.
The Integrated Program starts with a foundation in economic analysis, followed by a Health Economics specialisation that begins in Year 2 and takes one year to complete. Upon meeting conditions, you will progress to the PhD stage, involving high-quality research training and career development, culminating in a written thesis.
You will have opportunities for domestic and international conference travel and potential international research visits. PhD opportunities are available across all topics of health economics, including project-specific opportunities.
To be eligible, applicants should have a 4-year bachelor degree or master's degree in economics, econometrics, or a related quantitative discipline, demonstrated research experience, and strong academic results.
