National Service Administration Director

About the Role:
The National Service Administration Manager reports to the General Manager and is primarily responsible for managing the administration teams for the Australian service business. This includes both internal and external stakeholders.
The role will require both leadership of the current administration resources, as well as support with day-to-day operations when needed, to ensure fluent business operations are maintained across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative and operational needs of the Service Branches, including the General Manager, Service Managers, Service Technicians, and contractors.
- Support the creation and implementation of process and workflow improvements to improve business efficiency and resource management.
- Maintain service contracts in relation to scheduling, service ticket creation, and invoicing.
- Assist Service Managers in ensuring the Service team performs in line with company expectations about daily documentation to allow the administration team to account for correctly and promptly invoice work undertaken.
- Work with General Manager and Regional Service Managers to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the Service department.
- Implement new systems to manage teams and technicians with planning and efficiency.
- Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address any arising issues/disputes from clients, including invoice queries, technician attendance, or any change of plans as required by the business.
- Ensure timesheet timeliness and accuracy as a part of this process.
- Assist productivity by organizing work in assigned regions.
- Check any aged debt and ensure scheduling aligns with Carrier's payment terms.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the HVAC industry is preferred.
- People management and demonstrated team leadership skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in organizing multiple and diverse tasks within a flexible working environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Results-oriented and robust attention to detail.
