Job Description

The Senior Operations Director will be responsible for leading program management activities, ensuring compliance with change control processes and effective escalation management.

This role requires a high level of collaboration across multiple delivery towers and internal functions, with a focus on delivering contracts, managing finances, and growing base accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, knowledge of telecom processes and technologies, and commercial awareness.
