Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our technology transformation initiative. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management and governance of user identities across our organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements for identity management solutions. This includes examining current and proposed business processes to ensure they are aligned with our IAM policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. Your primary focus will be on creating detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows, to support the implementation and maintenance of our IAM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for IAM solutions
  • Examining current and proposed business processes to ensure alignment with IAM policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Creating detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows
  • Participating in testing and validation of IAM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and security standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in data profiling and data quality assessment
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and facilitate collaboration
