Identity Governance Specialist

Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst Identity Oversight position involves assisting in the translation of Identity controls, standards, and guidelines to technology platforms and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to identify gaps and assess potential impacts on control effectiveness.
- Formulate a detailed understanding of control operations and processes.
- Contribute actionable insights for business prioritization.
- Support remediation activities identified by centralized testing teams.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Identity Access or Cyber controls.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management.
- Experience in IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
