About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to provide essential care to older adults in their homes. As a Specialised Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence.

The role requires travel to clients' homes using your own car, for which you will be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time. You will be responsible for providing personal care, helping with meal preparation and light house cleaning, providing transportation to appointments, and assisting with medication.

About You
  • You must be able to relate to people and be solutions-focused.
  • You may have previous experience in aged or community care or be looking to start your career in aged care.
  • You must have a valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance).
  • Ideally, you will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you.
  • You will be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients.
Benefits
  • $29.56 to $32.45 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided.
