About the Role

HammondCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Specialised Carers. As a Specialised Carer, you will provide essential care and support to older adults in their homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Transporting clients to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Administering medication and providing support with daily routines

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing client needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
