About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to provide exceptional home care services to our clients. As a Specialised Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care, including showering and dressing
  • Helping with household tasks, such as meal preparation and light house cleaning
  • Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Assisting with medication
Requirements
  • You must be able to relate to people and be solutions-focused
  • You may have previous experience in aged or community care, or be looking to start your career in aged care
  • You must have a valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
  • It is desirable to have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, but we can provide training if needed
Benefits
  • $29.56 to $32.45 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided
  • Full training is given to all our Care Workers, no experience is necessary

  • Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training available if you want to progress
