We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Chamberlain Gardens Care Home in Wyoming NSW.
The role of a Registered Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital part in meeting our residents' daily needs and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents and families.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care for residents, including their physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.
- Implement safe practice measures in medication management and lead others to promote a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
- Collaborate with the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Act as a role model through adherence to clinical standards and provide leadership as needed.
- You have the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues.
- You align with our philosophy and values; strong communication skills and a commitment to resident wellbeing are essential.
- Experience in the aged care sector is not required; attitude and aptitude are prioritised.
- A positive team member who shows initiative and delivers quality work daily.
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree and AHPRA Registration with no restriction.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
