About the Role

This full-time position is a 12-month maternity leave cover role based in our region. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and coordinating visual merchandising needs
  • Coordinating monthly window campaigns and in-store displays
  • Showcasing products through creative visual merchandising
  • In-store hands-on visual merchandising to elevate our brand
  • Building strong relationships with regional teams and colleagues

Please note: a valid driver's license is required for this role.

About You

We're looking for someone with excellent people skills, visual merchandising experience, and a passion for creating engaging brand experiences. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working collaboratively, we'd love to hear from you

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store. You will work closely with our regional teams to implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance customer engagement. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising plans
  • Coordinating window campaigns and in-store displays
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
